Chapter One is an introduction to the psychology of emotional management and mental health. Starting with the PDF booklet, you will read about the Engine of Emotion and some of the various factors that can affect your mood. We have provided exercises for you to complete that will help you to increase your ability to manage challenging feelings when they arise.
We’ve included three videos: an overview of the chapter, a practice exercise, and techniques for basic mindfulness meditation.
